Founded in 1985

At Madeira Chiropractic and Rehabilitation we are dedicated to helping a patient achieve their desired healthcare goals by implementing an individualized program just for them. We strive to offer same-day scheduling with state-of-the-art equipment.

  • Biography:

    Dr. Madeira opened his first office in Chambersburg in 1985 at the Professional Arts Building. After being in practice for ten years, he outgrew that space and moved to his current location at 1124 Kennebec Drive. Dr. Madeira and his wife reside in Chambersburg along with their two children, Alex and Emily. He is actively involved in the community and with his church and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf and traveling.

  • Biography:

    Dr. Chapman joined Madeira Chiropractic in September 2011. He played an active role in helping establish the rehabilitative portion of the practice and used his expertise to help implement other physical therapy procedures. Dr. Chapman is involved with his church, and in his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball. Currently, he is coaching a local youth volleyball team and the Penn State Mont Alto men’s volleyball team. He is a passionate sports fan who enjoys running and hiking.

Chiropractor

Dr. Daniel Nigrelli, DC

  • Education:

    He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercises Science from Desales University. Dr. Nigrelli then attended Logan University in St. Louis, MO, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Throughout his time at Logan, he served on several student committees that aimed to promote the benefits of chiropractic care and was actively involved in the outreach to the local community.

    In addition to his chiropractic education, Dr. Nigrelli has been trained in The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis (MDT), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Cox-Flexion distraction. Treating patients is not one-size-fits-all, so Dr. Nigrelli tailors’ treatment to the patient’s specific needs and goals. This includes providing evidence-based patient-centered care to ensure the best possible outcome and relief for his patients. Dr Daniel Nigrelli is also on the board of directors under PA Chiropractic Association.

  • Biography:

    Dr. Nigrelli was born in Bethlehem, PA, where he graduated from Freedom High School. When Dr. Nigrelli is not at work, he loves to spend time with his family and friends. He has a passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and golf. He also supports his Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Philadelphia Flyers.

Chiropractor

Dr. Candice Tran

  • Education

    Dr. Candice earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville. She then attended Logan University, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic. While obtaining her chiropractic degree, she furthered her education with outside courses and certifications in Cox-Flexion Distraction and Thompson.

    She is also Webster Technique Certified, an adjusting technique for pregnant women that focuses on balancing the pelvis for birth. She has also received additional education in treating and adjusting children of all ages.

  • Biography

    Dr. Candice is a St. Louis, Missouri, native and a former athlete. In her free time, she enjoys being active and spending time with family and friends, especially her dog Benji. Dr. Candice is an avid St. Louis sports fan and enjoys watching the Cardinals and Blues play.
